Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At BarBrothers Morocco, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for our store.
1. Clothing (Physical Products)
- Our return period is 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. Digital Products (PDF Programs)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable PDF workout programs are final and non-refundable.
3. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
Clothing items can be exchanged only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if available). Please contact us before sending your item.
5. Shipping Returns

- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
